Although, in the last few years, there has been a significant increase in the participation of girls and non binary people in the field, we still have a long way to reach a suitable ratio. Computer science is such a vast and progressing industry. Whatever interest you may have, you’ll find a place for yourself here. Coding, designing, speaking. All of your interests can lead to computers. You won’t know what you’re good at till you try it yourself. Some people are hesitant to indulge in this industry due to the male dominance but when it comes to innovating, gender should be the last thing we focus on.
